You can e-mail us here or phone us or fax us at the fireshed on 02 6236 6338.
The fireshed is not staffed so you will rarely get us on that phone number.
Check the Training page for dates and times when there may be someone at the fireshed for a meeting or training (note that training starts and finishes at the shed, so we may not be there in the middle of the training shift).
If you want to speak to someone more quickly, you can phone the Brigade Call-out Officer on 0429 366338, or the Captain on 6236 6014 and the Senior Deputy Captain on 6236 6559.
ALL FIRES SHOULD BE REPORTED TO 000.
YOU SHOULD NOT PHONE THE CAPTAINS FLAT FIRE BRIGADE TO REPORT A FIRE.
If you wish, you can phone us after phoning 000, as it may take
000 a few minutes to get through to us, and it can be useful to speak direct to
the source of the information.
But the Brigade CANNOT respond to a fire without being instructed to by the
local Fire Control Centre in Queanbeyan, who receive their information from 000.
